Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is the co-owner. Annie became the very first woman ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. She won the CrossFit Games in 2010 and finished 2nd. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is an athlete in weightlifting CrossFit and a media star. She was the first woman to be awarded in the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. In 2013 and 2017, she won the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie, along with the rest of her family, was raised at Reykjavik Iceland. Annie was an avid sportsperson and began working out at an early age. In 2009, she participated in the CrossFit games at California where she was able to perform good in her first games. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years old (as in 2021). She is 5'7" tall, and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie started her CrossFit adventure in California in 2009. She performed well during the first few games. She was among the top 10 of over 70. However, she didn't win a championship and concluded the competition in 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Her coach Jami Tikannen coached her to a second place finish in the CrossFit Games, and a medal of silver in that year. It was her second year of competition that she participated in her second CrossFit Games. Due to her incredible performance she became the very first female athlete to win CrossFit Games. Annie is the only woman to ever win consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to her outstanding performance. Silver medals were awarded in the year 2014 and then in 2021, she was awarded the Bronze award at the CrossFit Games. Annie works as a trainer and coach in Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her idea. Annie is getting recognition for her athletic skills, has been featured in commercials for athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renewal Periodization Transparent Labs as well as others. She also has her own Youtube channel, which is named "Annie", with over a thousand followers. The channel is where she shares videos about eating habits, parenting and travel.
