She has worked with leaders in diverse industries in order to enhance business performance, particularly when growth is rapid. She's been a thought partner helping to implement business and people-related strategies into corporate goals and plans for strategic planning through organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as the management of change. As a leader who is passionate She believes that team-building and continuous learning as the primary way to winning. The vast experience she has gained with smaller and mid-sized companies along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and guiding leaders that have demonstrated success and results has have helped to create organizational cultures that embodied the concept of learning and innovation to positively impact individuals teams and organizations. Annmarie is inspired by her passion to volunteer her skills as well as her time to assist in supporting Learning Ally's mission. In her spare time she is also a supporter to a number of non-profit organizations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women become leaders. She also provides training for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
