Beverley Mitchell was born in Arcadia California on the 22nd of January, 1981. She is a country and pop artist most well-known for her role as Lucy Camden in the hit television series 7th Heaven. In the course of filming The Crow in 1996 she was auditioning as a child actor for the role of Mary Camden in a new family drama 7th Heaven. Her audition was rejected the producers who did not believe she had the ability to portray Mary. But when she auditioned to play the role of sister Lucy she was instantly cast. 7th Heaven enjoyed a long-lasting popularity, lasting eleven seasons.
